I just received my Pixma TR475i printer that I ordered from Amazon. The LCD screen isn't functioning, so I can't configure the printer. From other posts, it seems there's a problem with LCD screens at Canon. Also, this printer seems less sturdy than the two Canon printers I've owned over the years. Altogether not reassuring, and I sense a decline in quality control. Anyway, it's going back to Amazon who will replace it, but all in all a bad customer experience right off the bat..
