PIXMA TR4722 not printing - Message black cartridge was low.

I printed seven pages.  My 4722 made printing noises.  The paper came out with nothing on them.  Got a message that the black cartridge was low.  I replaced it.  No improvement.  The pages printed fine on my wife's Epson.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Thanks to both of you.  I'm an idiot.  Got distracted.  Didn't pull the protective tape off the cartridges.  The 4722 is printing fine now.  As a guy at work said years ago, "The problem is usually a loose nut on the keyboard".  Thanks again.

Hi there!

Can you please confirm your full model number? There should be one or two letters in front of that number. This will help the Community better help you!

Thanks so much!

Assuming this is a TR4722 here is a guide for printing issues including blank pages:
