Hi there!

We have a couple different printers in the TR4700 series, so to be sure our Community members can better help, please double check the physical printer itself for the specific model. It should be listed on the top of the printer, towards the left or right side, or on front of the printer. You might have to move the paper tray/close it to see this. It should be TR47xx with the x's being numbers other than 0!

Thanks for checking that for us.

Hi Arthrall,

Please follow the steps on this page from the manual to reseat the ink cartridges in your PIXMA TR4722:

TR4700 series > Handling Paper, Originals, FINE Cartridges, etc. > Replacing a FINE Cartridge

Once complete, please follow the steps on this page to view the ink levels:

TR4700 series > Handling Paper, Originals, FINE Cartridges, etc. > Checking Ink Status on the LCD

If the ink levels are still incorrect, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR4722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
