PIXMA TR4720 "RX fax info mismatch" error

Hi all.  I am receiving the RX FAX INFO MISMATCH error when I attempt to send a fax. This just started happening.  I saw this same question in 2015 and tried to follow the steps but my menu options are not the same as the steps I was given.  I am working on a TR4720.  Anyone have any ideas how to correct?
