Trying to scan a document. When the scan transfers to windows 11, I get a partial scan, not the whole document. What settings am I to choose?

Are you using the IJ Scan Utility to scan your document?
If so, are you using the "Document" button on the IJ Scan Utility?
Are you scanning using the automatic document feeder or are you placing the page face down on the scan glass?
