I have been running in circles trying to get a Canon support person by phone. My printer, purchased 2023, will no longer print duplex. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps that are suggested online (resetting modem, updating the driver, etc.). According to printer settings it is on ECO--duplex printing. In the print dialog box I select double sided "on" and still, single sheets are being printed.
In a side note....I can't reach out to support without having my printer registered. I have the receipt, but I can't get it uploaded to registration even though it meets guidelines. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Recommend calling support directly. They should be able to help with the registration and hopefully on the same call maybe able to help troubleshoot.
