PIXMA TR4720 - ink smearing

tr4720. Printer smears and overlaps words.  Have done both 'cleaning' and ' deep cleaning' no help.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the followup. i have genuine ink.  I called the number, answered the automated messages and then got music, no other communications.  Waited 10 minutes and hung up.  Frustrated!!!
