Print produced a paper jam.
Cleared paper jam, tried to print and got 1303 error.
Opened back access cover and tore paper removing with bits still inside.
Removed paper tray from bottom of printer to access and look for residual paper and removed.
Printer internals are completely FREE of any residual paper bits
Reassembled printer and performed a "roller" cleaning test - printer would not pick paper from front paper tray and errored again 1303.
During roller clean there was NO noise a curled paper in any internal mechanisms
Can not under ANY condition get paper to feed or remove 1303 error.
Have an IT background and have never dealt with this before.
Help please

Hi wolfster10,
It would appear that your PIXMA TR4720 would require service. If your PIXMA TR4720 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
