Every time I attempt to print on this TR4720 it won't respond. Then the queue is full and it just won't respond. The help line and chat help have been very nice about solving this issue, that is until the next time I try to use it. I've done everything just as instructed, even following the Canon help folks. One time use, then it's back to failure next time. Wireless connection just won't work twice in a row. They recommend a LAN cable but like 8 track tapes, we don't do that anymore. The Epson before it always worked wireless as did the HP before that. Those wore out and a friend suggested Canon. It's a time consuming effort every time I start up and try to use it. The chat assistant got it going again today, but tomorrow we'll see.
