Trying to scan and print some items. Get Printer Not Responding error. I'm using Windows 10. One video I watched suggested removing the printer, then click on "Add Printer" and that my default printer would be on the list again. Well, it isn't and now I can't do anything with the printer. Any helpful suggestions?

Hi TShu,
Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 with a USB cable?
or are you using it wirelessly?
The light next to the triangle icon on your printer's operation panel is the error light.
Is the error light off or is it blinking?

Hi Patrick,
Actually, I removed the printer from the list and installed it again. This time it worked. Everything is working as it should now. Thank you for taking the time to reply and assist me with my issue.
