If the printer won't turn on, it looks like a hardware issue. You can try unplugging the power cord and pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can try plugging the printer into a different power source and then turning it on. If the printer does not turn on, the printer would need service, you can use the link HERE to log into your MyCanon account and check you service options.
