PIXMA TR4520: Unable to connect to laptop, can't input numbers on the printer, only letters

I am unable to connect my printer to my laptop because I can't input numbers on the printer, only letters.  The wireless setup is asking for the wireless password which is all numbers.  I tried to change this on device settings but that only allowed a change for language selection.  Is there a phone number for support?  How may I input numbers on the printer?
