Patrick, Canon Expert, i followed your instruction and pressed "nozzle check" TR4520 printed the test print and there is no "error" appeared. I am using the printer wirelessly.

i'm using either my hp or dell laptop. everytime i print to the canon TR4520 printer, error printing shows on the display print que.

Hi CanonSD,

When you turn your PIXMA TR4520 on, does an error appear on the display?

Also, are you using your TR4520 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

Patrick,

no error appear on display. it only says color ink low. and when i print the que in my laptop says it's printing but takes forever and eventually says error in the que not in hte canon printer itself.

Hi CanonSD,

Let's do a test of your printer:

1.  Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your TR4520 one time

2.  Repeatedly press the right arrow key to select Maintenance and press the OK button.

3.  Select Nozzle Check and press the OK button.

Did the test page print?  If not, what error appears?

Also, are you using your TR4520 wirelessly?
or are you using it with a USB cable?
