Hello, my canon tr4500 printer had a paper jam last night. We cleared the paper out, but the error will not go away. We've tried turning off the computer, unplugging, resetting. Everytime it goes right to paper jam error. Is there any way to clear this?

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.
What exact model printer are you using (usually on the top or front of the unit)?
What error message are you seeing?
Which Computer Operating System are you using (Windows 7/8/10/11 or macOS 10/11/12/13)?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue.

Hi, as I said it is a TR4500, and the error is paper jam (1300) it is a wireless printer so it is connected through the wifi. The jam has been cleared but we are still getting the error message.

Hi,
The printer may require service. What is the purchase date of your printer?
We look forward to your reply.

It's a TR4520, and the error was 1303. I was able to clear it, but now I can't get it to print with out the paper jamming.

Hi,
You can try a roller cleaning on your TR4520. Please click HERE for the steps.
If that does not resolve the issue, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

I'm having the same issue with my Canon TR4500. I tried unplugging and cleaning roller but nothing helps. Can someone trouble shoot it please...?
