I just recently purchased the TS6420a desktop printer to replace an outdated HP printer. This means I have to switch from the HP instant ink program to the PIXMA Print plan. I have signed up for the program and created my account. Wireless printing has been working fine but when I log on to the PIXMA Print Plan page it says the printer is not connected to the internet (but it is and has been printing wirelessly fine). I already need more colored ink but I don't see a button to request it like the HP instant ink program had. Did I make a mistake switching companies?

I had to switch from HP to Canon too and found HP more user friendly. On the plus side, the print plan does work automatically and well, but I'm not happy with the inability to get answers from Canon on the site. For example, I'm trying to find out how the rollover pages feature works. It says it rolls over extra pages to the next month, but is it automatic or do we have to do something to actually roll them over. The ink just appears in my mailbox so I know Canon is monitoring that. I'm hoping the rollover works that well too.
