PIXMA MX922 won't print from lower cassette

To load letter sized paper in your PIXMA MX922, please view this page:

To set the printer driver to print on letter sized paper from the bottom cassette, please follow these steps:

 1.  Click on the Windows Start button and then the Windows System folder.

 2.  Click on Control Panel.

 3.  Right click the Canon MX920 series Printer and left click on Printing Preferences.

 4.  Click on the Main tab.

 5.  Next to Media Type, please select Plain Paper.

 6.  Next to Paper Source, please select Cassette.

 7.  Click Apply and then OK.
