PIXMA MX922 unable to complete online Windows10 access on 64 bit computer
When I typed my model # it showed "no result" and that can't be correct. I just purchased this product but not as a new item. It's in perfect condition and included the CD rom which I used to set it up. However it hasn't been able to complete the setup and gives no explanation. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?

Hi PSLprinter,
When you turn your PIXMA MX922 on, does the main menu appear?
If so, please print a test page:
1. Please press the MENU button on your PIXMA MX922.
2. Use the down arrow key until the wrench and screwdriver icon is selected, then press OK.
3. On Maintenance, press the OK button.
4. Select Print nozzle check pattern and then press OK.
5. Select Yes and then press the OK button.
Did the test page print?
In regards to installing your PIXMA MX922 on your computer, are you using your PIXMA MX922 wirelessly?
or are you using it with a USB cable?
