Have had the unit for several years, very happy with it. but the scanner is now giving blurred scans. No error messages, no service messages. Glass is clean, Printing is fine. Guess its on its way out!
Read on another post Canon provide a upgrade incentive - ideas? Or shop around for a machine thats similar spec from any manufacturer?
