PIXMA MX922 MP Drivers has not been installed error message

After running the installation file mp68-win-mx920-1_01-ea32_2.exe, I get the following error message in the final window: MP Drivers has not been installed.   

I have a Windows 11 PC with an ARM-based processor.  Microsoft has a note and directions on their troubleshooting page regarding drivers and this processor.  Upon the troubleshooting directions given for manually adding the printer, an error message appears - "Driver is unavailable".  The PC will not add the MX922 to the list of available printers.  I believe the error with the installation file is preventing the driver update and printer connection.  

Is there a solution/ updated installation file?

Hi karencat,

The driver you are attempting to install is for Intel-based PCs.  It will not install on an ARM-based PC.

Your PIXMA MX922 is compatible with youir PC.

If you are using your PIXMA MX922 with a USB cable, once you connect the cable to your PC, the driver will be automatically installed.

If you are using it wirelessly, please go to Control Panel and then to Printer to click the Add Printer button to install your PIXMA MX922 on your computer.

Neither of those solutions worked.  I get the following error message:

The driver is provided through Windows Update.  Because it is not, it is recommended that your computer manufacturer or Microsoft is contacted for further assistance.
