Error message on trying to print from desktop WIN 10: "Printer malfunction; turn off power, disconnect power cord and get service"
Turned off power, disconnected and reconnected cord
As soon as I turned power back on, paper output door popped open but no print emerged. Cpntrol panel displayes "1 left" message. Repeated power off, disconnect and reconnect cord and subsequent prints OK (for now).
On copying, unit clicks and hums but nothing happens until I press stop, then reintiate copy process.
No numeric error message displayed.
Any thoughts?
