Hi, I've been making fine art prints using Print Studio Pro with my Pixma Pro 10 for several years. I got a new Macbook with OS 15.3 and now I have two problems:
1) I can't get the plugin to show up in the automate menu with Photoshop version 2025. It comes up in the 2023 version, but not in the 2025 version, even after I copied and pasted the plugin into the appropriate folder in the 2025 version.
2) When I DO try to use Print Studio Pro in the 2023 version, I get an error message saying "a printer supported by this software is not found."
Steps I have taken include installing the latest driver for the printer, installing Rosetta on my Macbook, removing and reinstalling the printer from my computer, removing and reinstalling the plugin. Nothing seems to help.
I haven't seen a post on this subject in the forums for several years. Is this plugin obsolete at this point? I have been counting on it to make my prints, and I notice a huge difference in the quality. I'm very worried I'm not going to be able to keep my image quality consistent without it. Any alternatives?
