PIXMA MX920 series printing to incorrect tray

MacBook Pro 2016 running Mac OS 12.7.6 (Monterey)

The printer used to work correctly but now the printer defaults to the upper tray despite the lower tray being selected and 8.5 X 11 paper selected. I reinstalled the printer driver but did not help. My husband is able to print to this printer without any problem from his PC.

Settings:

Media Quality: Bottom Tray, Plain Paper

Paper Size: US Letter

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MX920 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the upper right.
