Trying to scan from MX532 to new iMac (iOS Big Sur 11.2.3), but nothing has worked, including directions received via email from Canon support request. Will print fine wirelessly, but won't scan wireless or via USB. Have downloaded drivers multiple times, Multiple WPS reconnects, multiple restarts, etc. with no success. Scanned fine for years from our old PC, but nothing seems to work with the Mac. Have tried several suggestions via online help as well, but none worked or noted the more recent Big Sur iOS. Help?!
Thanks!

Hi krogers42,
Please perform these steps:
1. Click on the Apple in the upper left corner.
2. Click on System Preferences.
3. Click on Printers & Scanners.
4. Click 1 time on the MX530 on the left side.
5. On the right side, click on the Scan tab on the top right.
6. Click the Open Scanner button.
Are you able to scan?
If not, what error message appears, specifically, what error code appears at the bottom?
