I have a Canon Pixma MX492 All-In-One. I have been trying for 2 days to scan some pictures and documents into my computer, but to no avail. I think I have tried just about everything (to scan and send to my computer, Windows11), but I continue to get the "No Scanner Found" message. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,
So we can best assist you, please let us know if the printer is connected to your computer via USB cord or Wireless. Also, please let us know if you are trying to scan from IJ Scan Utility or some other software.
