Just purchased a new windows computer which is operating in S mode, but am unable to install my Pixma MX-492 which is listed as compatible on the Canon website. I see HP has an app to provide this compatibility to HP printers. What is Canon going to do to allow their printers to install from the Microsoft store and work in S mode? I do not want to remove S mode as it is a one way change. Any help would be appreciated. I can still use it as an AirPrint printer, but cannot print from the new PC. At this point I do not even know how to find a printer that will work in s mode.
