PIXMA MX492 240XL and 241XL cartridge compatibility

Can an MX492 printer use 240XL and/or 241XL cartridges?

Hi captfjb,

The 240 and 241 ink cartridges are not compatible with the PIXMA MX492.

The printer stopped printing mid document.  I have deleted all pending print documents and reinstalled this printer as the default printer.

I still receive the B202 message that instructs me to contact the service center.
