PIXMA MX490 - How to Disable Encrypted Print Jobs

I have a Pixma mx490 that's been doing fine. All of the sudden, maybe after I changed my ink cartridges, every job is encrypted and it no longer handles encrypted jobs. So I can't print anything out. I followed the directions to where I was supposed to locate the encrypted button on the printer but of course it's not there. I need some help!

When you attempt to print, what is the exact wording of the error message that appears?
