Hi, I have a Canon Pixma 610 scanner-photocopier-printer and my Mac OS system has just been upgraded to Monterey. The printer-photocopier functions work (for the time being) but not the scanner function. Does Canon plan to release an updated scanner driver for Monterey, and if so, when would be the likely release date? Thank you.
Currently at this time, there are no plans to update drivers for this model printer. Since your printer is not compatible with your operating system, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program.
This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
