Is it possible to scan negatives on the Pixma MG7750 printer?

No, it is not. In order to scan transparent things, like negatives and slides, the scanner lid has to have a a light source to shine THROUGH the film. The moving scanner head moves but lamp is not used.

You need either a flatbed scanner that does film too, a film scanner, or a device that attaches to the front of a camera lens and illuminates from  behind, using the camera to copy.
