PIXMA MG7720 printing blank pages

It was working fine last night.  This morning it won't print at all.  I have followed all of the steps at least twice.

I cleaned and deep cleaned the nozzle. Nothing  I unplugged it and replugged it in.  Nothing. I reset the WiFi. Nothing. I tried to just copy something.  Nothing.  I hear it and it sounds like it's printing but all I get are blank pages. Not even ink smeared ones.  I've checked all of the ink levels and they're fine.

Try printing a nozzle check, deep cleaning does not print anything, a nozzle check bypasses all apps and prints directly from the printer. Here is a help guide to solve why the printer is not printing anything.

I took it to Staples and the young man looked up the code.  At least one printer head was broken.  It was 9.5 yrs old. I got it in Jan 2017 so I suppose I got my moneys' worth.  Thank you for responding.
