I have this Canon MG 7720 connected to the computer by cable. I can scan with it and it communicates well with the computer but I can't print from the computer, not even a test page. When I manage the printer and ask to print a test page it takes a lot of time communicating and making noises, when finally it appears to print, the page exists blank, nothing on it. The cartridges have ink on them.
Can somebody help with this? Thank you.

Greetings ,
To help, we will need some additional information.
MG7720 connected to your system via USB?
What is the version and build of the operating system you are using the printer with?

Using the printers support portal I referenced link above, please tell us specifically which drivers you installed.
