Getting status of ERROR.  No code either.  Have even reinstalled.  Nothing works. I do have internet connection.  HELP

No.  Here is the window I am getting when I try to print:

Printer not responding.

(the LPT1 looks suspicious.  I don't think I have seen that before.)

I have WiFi connection.

I ran Troubleshooter for this printer and it found nothing wrong.
