I hadn’t replaced my ink in some time as I had stashed cartridges. I went to replace them and I think I have the wrong size but it is what Amazon told me I bought previously - my color ink the holder arm doesn’t allow me to lift. I need to verify what ink I need?
I thought it was 240xl/241xl

Thanks for joining the conversation, MacGirlzz7227!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG6300 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer to the right of the LCD screen. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

There is no “LCD” screen. This is what I have taken photos of. This printer is almost 14/15 years old? (It was a gift that I didn’t choose).
it’s a PIXMA - I can’t find any serial numbers. No idea where the box is.

Thanks for the additional info. It doesn't look like the printers from the PIXMA MG6300 series which looks like the image below. You'll the see the LCD screen in the center of the unit.
The pictures you've provided are very helpful, though, and if you could take another photo of the front of your printer so we can see the entirety of it, we may be able to help you identify it.
We look forward to your reply!
