PIXMA MG6220 not printing black on paper

My PIXMA MG6220 recently stopped printing black on paper (documents). The test page prints all the color bars fine but the black grid no longer prints at all. I replaced all the tanks. I tried documents, test pages, etc. Nothing will print. Any suggestions?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG6220 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
