EVERY TIME I PRINT SOMETHING THE COLOR IS ALL PINK. I HAVE RAN ALL THE MAINTENANCE CLEANING PROCEDURES. AND ALL INK TANKS ARE FULL. PLEASE HELP ME.

I AM USING WINDOWS 10

NO ERROR MESSAGES

WHEN I RAN A PPRINTHEAD ALIGNMENT TEST PAGE IT DID NOT SHOW ANY BLUE INK OR YELLOW INK

Two most common reasons for this:

Clogged print head, or applying double color management during output. 

If you run a print head alignment or cleaning, and two of your colors don't print, start there.

After, ensure the program you are using on your workflow is processing the output prior to being sent to the printer or viceversa.
