Hello,
Suddenly out of the blue my printer (MG 3050) will not turn on. The power cable is properly seated and I have tried various outlets. The light next to 4x6 photos illuminates demonstrating that there is power going into the printer but the power button does not respond in any way.
I have tried:
- plugging/unplugging
- Different outlets
- Long holding the power button
- Tapping the power button several times in order to enact a 'reset' (this was listed on this forum as a method to reset)
Printer does not respond at all, please advise
