Hello,
New printer, purchased one month ago. Just changed ink for the first time and printer will not recognize ink cartridge (Black).
15 flashes. In fact, during the process at some point, there was a message saying it didn't recogize the color cartridge also - which is still full.
I tried the cold start method by taking ink out, turning off and unplugging printer and then putting it all back in and restarting with no luck. Any suggestions?
