Recently the printer cannot be connected through wifi. I am trying instead to connect with USB, and it seems connected but still won't print. It always shows "Printer not responding."
We checked the wireless details following the instruction from the link below. The printed detail says "Connection: active, SSID: same as our wifi, Signal Strength: 91%, IP Address: 169.xxx.xxx.xxx".
Could someone provide some guidance? Thanks!

Hi,
If the printer is showing a 169.x address it is not getting an IP address or routable destination. You can try reconnecting the printer to your network to see if it will get a valid IP address. You can also reach out to your internet provider and they can assist with assigning a stactic IP address for the router.
If you want to use the printer with the USB cord, I recommend removing the printer from your computer and disconnecting the printer USB cord. Once that is done, reinstall the printer driver and select USB for the connection method. You will get a message to connect the printer USB cord and the printer will be detected and finishing installing.
