Canon MG3100 Printer Black Ink Streaks

Hello,

Our canon inkjet MG3100 has been printing black streaks of ink on everything for a few months now (see below). We have switched out the ink cartridges and it still happens. Does anyone have any idea how to get this to stop? I assume something needs cleaned but would appreciate step by step instructions. Thanks

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG3100-series printer models offered by Canon USA are older models which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
