I have a Canon printer model mg3620, I just changed the blk ink cartridge w/a new Canon (fine) 240XL BLK cartrige and now the 3 orange lights are flashing 5 times. I have tried the reset procedure unplugging the printer and pressing the power button 5 times, then waiting 60 sec and repowering the printer, that doesn't work. I also held the stop button for 5 sec, that does not work either. Please advise what to do, the printer is only 45 days old. Thx
