I have a Canon MG3620. I'm trying to print to 3 x 5 index cards and have tinkered endlessly with the settings on MS Word (for Mac) and the printer but cannot get it to work. Any suggestions? It looks like older models could not print to 3 x 5 cards, but this model supposedly is capable of doing so.

Hi jpshoell,
Please try these steps:
1. Click once on your desktop. When you do that, "Finder" will appear in the upper left corner.
2. To the right of Finder, please click Go.
3. In the Go menu, please click Applications.
4. Click on TextEdit.
5. Click on New document.
6. Type a word or two.
Next, please load your notecard paper in your MG3620.
