PIXMA MG3620 - keeps going offline when sent a print job

Hello all. I have a new issue. After weeks of trying to get reconnect my printer to my iMac in my new apartment I was finally able to get it done. However, now something new has occurred.

Now, every time I try to print something, the printer immediately goes off-line and the print job just stalls. When It's not in use the printer shows it's online and ready to go. I everything appears UTD as far as my drivers and operating systems.

Update: today when I hopped on my computer I got a pop up message saying my canon extensions will no longer be compatible with my current and future Mac iOS. Does anyone know if Canon is doing anything about this? Or am I SOL and have to buy a new printer, again.

Hi szwakdy,

Please try disabling IPv6 on your printer.

To do this, please press and hold the STOP button on your PIXMA MG3620 down.

When the error light blinks 23 times, let it go.

Once complete, pleaes turn your printer off.

Please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.

Wait 2 to 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.

When your wireless network is ready, please turn your MG3620 back on and attempt to print.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried this twice and it did not fix the issue.

Second reply: I did it a third time and it partially worked. It printed and 1/3 of a page then went off line again and I was back to the same issue.
