PIXMA MG3620 Print preview cuts off part of document

Pixma MG3620:  When I am printing a document the "print preview" shows the document with a portion of the right side missing. Everything in the print set up is correct.  8 1/2 x 11 Paper.....etc.  The page I am looking at on the computer is correct, just missing when I click the "print" button and look at the Preview.

Greetings,

A few things come to mind.

First, can you tell us the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with, windows Mac?

Are you using any type of screen magnification or zoom settings, larger font, etc?

Are you using the native resolution your monitor or monitors are capable of displaying?

If you maximize the print preview window does the full page display?

Is the aspect ratio set correctly portrait versus landscape?

Are your page margins set correctly?

Hopefully one of these questions/suggestions will help you identify the issue. 🙂

As an owner of a Pixma MG3620 whenever this rare instance happens to me, it is the program I am printing from, photo viewer, notepad etc. Some programs do not support preview at all. What are you printing from and what kind of file are you printing when you get half a page?
