When I turn on printer, the green & orange warning lights blink one after another. It does it 2x & then happens all over again. Please help me trouble shoot. Thanks a lot.

To resolve this error, please clean the encoder/timing strip inside of your PIXMA MG3620. To do this, please follow the steps outlined in this Knowledgebase article:

Just had this same issue, linked knowledgebase article resolved issue. Appears just a tiny tiny smudge will cause this problem.
