PIXMA MG3520 - Error code B200

HelpPlease01

My lights went out today for a dew seconds.  had the printer plugged into a surge protector.. When I tried to print I got this error. (B200). I unplugged the printer and left it off for at least an hour. It still isn't working. When I opened the door as suggested to let the print heads go halfway , they moved but the ink door popped open. I took out the ink and reinserted it, but it's still not working.  Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I saw that I might need to clean the print head, but don't know how to do that.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for joining the conversation, HelpPlease01!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3500 series.  The exact model number should appear on the front of the unit near the bottom right corner. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Sorry to tell you - no shop will fix a B200 "error"  Buy a Epsom or Brother

HI DAnny, Thanks for reaching out - it's an MG3520. Can you update my post to reflect that?

B200 is a print head error. You should clean it.
