Did you mean:

PIXMA MG2522 no black ink

misterknowitall

I recently had to unclog my black inkjet printer nozzle in deep mode because it wouldn't come out right. When I had to print out a document, it wouldn't come out at all. So, I tried to print out a test sheet, but no black ink came out at all! And this was a brand-new cartridge! Only the other colors came out. What do I do?

Thanks for joining the conversation, misterknowitall!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG2500 series.  The model number should appear on the printer's control panel just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I caved in and got hold of another Canon printer after I sent the old one to Staples to have it recycled.

It's a TS3722 and I shelled out $40 for it.
