PIXMA MG2522 - NOT PRINTING!

I have absolutely had it with this printer. This is the second one of this exact printer and it has given me the same exact problem that made me get a replacement in the first place. First, it started printing lopsided so I took out the paper to assess. Now it is not printing at all whatsoever. It started flashing and then told me there was a paper jam even though there was no paper in the feed. Can I just get a simple solution to this. The design is so silly that you can not get into it efficiently. I am so close to throwing them both into a fire pit. Such a waste of time and money.

If there is no paper jam, I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. 

If the error comes back, the printer will require service. If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
