I just bought a Canon Pixma MG2522, got it all setup and everything. I turn it on and go to do a print test page and get a 5011 error code. I did the unplug and replug it and get the same error code. I contact Canon Support and that wasn't very helpful. How do I fix the issue?? Thank you in advance.

Hi,
This is a general hardware failure code and the printer would require service. You mentioned you spoke to Canon support. Did they advise you of your Warranty options since the printer was new?
The printer comes with a factory 1 year warranty so I would recommend reaching out to Canon support again for your service and warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
We look forward to hearing from you.
