Hello, we have 10 Canon GM2040 printers. After a few months 3 of them don't working - LED indicates paper jam but there is no jammed paper in the printer.
I think it might just be a dirty sensor or something. How does the printer detect a paper jam? Where can I find the sensor?

After small discusion with EU technician we came to the conclusion that the electronics of the printer are damaged. This damage is caused by large voltage fluctuations because there are welding machines near the printers. The solution is to use some kind of voltage stabilizer or UPS.
