I just purchased a G7020 inkjet printer and it won't scan. I get a message that a driver isn't installed but I can't find the driver. I've tried downloading the setup files multiple times and I still can't scan. This is so disappointing as my old Pixma MX 532 was a real workhorse printer. I'm so disgusted with this printer that I'll probably have to junk it and buy another Pixma like my 532 to be able to get any work done. How disappointing that Canon came up with this bomb!

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time. Try reinstalling the software from HERE.
If that doesn't work, you'll want to register the printer at Canon.us/account, then give support a call. They're open Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm (ET), at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666).
